Hello! I have been teaching for 8 years in early education, but this is my first go round with older kiddos. I am excited to combine two of my passions, art and teaching as I step into this new role.
I spent 4 years teaching 3rd grade and 3 years in 1st grade. I teach adult art classes once a month at a small shop in downtown Marion.
My husband and I are both graduates of Ohio State. We married in 2017 and welcomed our Elias one year later in 2018. Since then, we have welcomed our dog Fin (I like sharks), our son, Gatlin in 2020, and our daughter, Evelyn in 2022.
Being surrounded by a staff that prays together and shares the same values is a breath of fresh air.
